Part of the infamous Golden Circle, this Geysir park is exploited to the max for mass tourism. If you want to enjoy it in peace (assuming it's summer) visit it at midnight for a unique experience.

This is my Geysir. I know it is sleeping, and my Strokkur is erupting more right now (but all the geysers in the world are named after it, so please show some respect and try not to fall into it).

Part of a Golden Circle Tour. It is strickingly amazing. Be careful, it is 80-100 degrees, and don't step on anywhere other than designated walking pavement. It is really hot!

Amazing Geysir & the most beautiful geysir in Iceland. Water explosion is every 2 minutes so prepare your camera to take a nice picture.
